The ultimate tour of Mt. Desert Island
We would love to show you Acadia National Park and our island! We will pick you up from your ship or hotel to drive along the 27-mile Park Loop Road all the way up to the summit of Cadillac Mountain, the tallest peak on the eastern seaboard and the first place daylight hits in North America each morning. From the top, you can see spectacular views of Bar Harbor, the surrounding islands, and the visiting cruise ships.
Visit all of our favorite sites, including Sand Beach, Otter Cliffs, Precipice Cliffs, Thunder Hole, and Sieur de Monts Springs and gardens. We can pause and stay as long as you would like at each location. As we cruise through the park you will see dense forests, hand-cut stone bridges, glacier-cut lakes, rocky coves, and pink granite coastline.
You may also choose to see the famous Asticou and Thuya Gardens and the only fjord on the east coast, Somes Sound. None of these places are accessible to bus tours, making your trip with At Your Service all the more special. View the outsides of the mansions of Bar Harbor, Seal Harbor, and Northeast Harbor.
We can also visit the Southwest Harbor side of the island, driving through the historic town of Somesville, the oldest community on the island. See a working lobster pound and watch the boats come and go.
We will then continue on to see the only lighthouse on the island, the Bass Harbor Headlight, and a natural seawall.
To finish off your tour, we will take your to an authentic Lobster Pound to dine on delicious lobster and other seafood.*
Book online to ensure a tour spot! We are advanced reservation only and 48 hours is highly recommended.
*Lobster Pounds close on Columbus Day and another restaurant will substitute if your tour is after the Lobster Pounds close.
